- After-hours smart meter reconnection (weekdays 8:30pm–8am & weekends/public holidays) — $130
- On-site reconnection / disconnection — $130
- After-hours on-site reconnection / disconnection (weekdays 4pm–8am & weekends/public holidays) — $200
- Permanent disconnection — $180
Site Visits & Meter Testing
- Metering site visit — $105
- On-site cancellation or failure to attend site visit — $105
- Meter accuracy test — $325
- Manual certified meter read — $130
Meter Configuration & Changes
- Meter config change (remote) — $45
- Meter config change (manual) — $190
- Meter relocation / replacement — $230

- Rural Premium — $50

Other Fees
- Credit refund (per refund of a full or partial credit balance) — $15
- Debt recovery fee — Passed on at cost from the debt collection agency
